In this role, you will work closely with our team of captains, crew, and service staff to ensure that every aspect of the cruise experience is flawless. You will be using industry-standard software such as CruisePlanner and Fleet Management System to coordinate schedules, manage resources, and track performance. With over 15 years of experience in the luxury travel industry, you will bring a wealth of knowledge to this position and help shape the future of our cruise operations.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee the daily operations of our luxury river cruise vessels, ensuring high standards of safety, comfort, and service.
• Manage and mentor a team of captains, crew, and service staff, fostering a culture of excellence and teamwork.
• Coordinate with vendors and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of equipment, supplies, and services.
• Use CruisePlanner and Fleet Management System to plan and optimize cruise itineraries, schedules, and resources.
• Monitor and analyze performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations, including maritime laws and health and safety standards.
• Develop and implement training programs for crew members to enhance their skills and knowledge.
• Represent JSK Group of Companies at industry events and conferences to build relationships and stay updated on trends and best practices.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Marine Science, Tourism Management, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in boat operations, cruise management, or a similar role in the hospitality industry.
• Proven track record of successfully managing teams and delivering exceptional guest experiences.
• Strong knowledge of industry-standard software such as CruisePlanner and Fleet Management System.
• Valid maritime certification or equivalent, such as a Master Mariner's License or equivalent.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
• Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with a focus on detail and quality.
