📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee the daily operations of the baggage handling system, ensuring the smooth and efficient flow of baggage.
• Monitor and maintain the performance of the baggage handling system, identifying and resolving any issues promptly.
• Work closely with the engineering and technical teams to implement and maintain the latest technologies and systems, such as SAP, Oracle, and other ERP software.
• Develop and implement strategies to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of the baggage handling system.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards, including those set by the International Air Transport Association (IATA) and the International Civil Aviation Organization (ICAO).
• Provide training and support to the baggage handling team, ensuring that they have the skills and knowledge needed to perform their jobs effectively.
• Collaborate with other departments, such as cargo and ground handling, to ensure the seamless operation of the airport.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives, working with the team to identify and implement improvements to the baggage handling system.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as engineering, computer science, or a related discipline.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role, with a proven track record of success.
• Certifications in baggage handling systems, such as the IATA Baggage Handling Systems Certification (BHSC) or the International Air Cargo Association (TIACA) Baggage Handling Certification.
• Strong knowledge of SAP, Oracle, and other ERP software, with experience in implementing and maintaining these systems.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with a diverse team.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to identify and resolve issues promptly.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
