📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and deliver training programs that align with the company's strategic goals.,Create engaging and interactive learning materials, including e-learning modules, workshops, and presentations.,Conduct needs assessments to identify training and development opportunities.,Collaborate with department heads to understand their training needs and provide tailored solutions.,Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make data-driven improvements.,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in learning and development.,Mentor and coach employees to help them achieve their professional goals.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Education, Psychology, Human Resources, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in learning and development or a similar role.,Strong understanding of adult learning principles and instructional design.,Excellent communication and presentation skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Proficiency in using learning management systems (LMS) and e-learning authoring tools.,Knowledge of Indonesian language and culture is a plus.
