📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee the daily maintenance activities of our food processing machinery, ensuring minimal downtime and maximum efficiency.
• Lead and manage a team of skilled maintenance technicians, providing guidance and support to ensure they are equipped with the necessary tools and knowledge to perform their tasks effectively.
• Conduct regular inspections and preventive maintenance to identify potential issues and address them proactively.
• Develop and implement cost-effective maintenance strategies to optimize our production line and reduce operational expenses.
• Collaborate with engineering and production teams to ensure that maintenance activities align with the overall goals and objectives of the company.
• Monitor and analyze maintenance data to identify trends, patterns, and areas for improvement.
• Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and standards, promoting a culture of safety and hygiene in the workplace.
• Stay updated with the latest industry trends, technologies, and best practices in maintenance management.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in maintenance management, preferably in the food processing industry.
• Proven track record of successfully leading and managing maintenance teams.
• Strong knowledge of maintenance management software, such as SAP PM, Maximo, or similar.
• Certification in maintenance management or a related field is a plus.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to make data-driven decisions.
• Familiarity with food processing machinery and equipment is a plus.
