• Design and deliver engaging mathematics lessons for children aged 3-12, incorporating interactive activities and real-world applications.
• Collaborate with other educators to create a comprehensive and well-rounded curriculum that meets the unique needs of each student.
• Assess student progress and provide constructive feedback to support their academic growth.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest educational trends and best practices in mathematics education.
• Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment where all students feel valued and motivated.
• Participate in team meetings and professional development opportunities to enhance teaching skills and knowledge.
• Promote the importance of mathematics in everyday life and encourage students to develop problem-solving skills.
• Maintain accurate records of student attendance, grades, and participation in class activities.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Education, Mathematics, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience teaching mathematics to children aged 3-12.
• Strong knowledge of mathematics curriculum and teaching methods for early childhood and elementary education.
• Ability to create engaging and age-appropriate lesson plans and activities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build positive relationships with students, parents, and colleagues.
• Familiarity with educational software and tools such as Khan Academy, Prodigy, or other interactive learning platforms.
• Certification in early childhood or elementary education is a plus.
• Passion for making mathematics fun and accessible for young learners.
