Seed Link Sentosa is seeking a dynamic and experienced Branch Manager to lead our operations in Kupang. This is a remote position, offering a competitive salary package. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, managing staff, and ensuring the success of our branch in Kupang.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee daily operations of the branch, ensuring efficient and effective service delivery.,Manage and mentor a team of staff, providing guidance and support to achieve branch goals.,Develop and implement strategies to improve sales and customer satisfaction.,Monitor and analyze sales performance, providing regular reports to senior management.,Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulations.,Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and stakeholders.,Represent the company at industry events and conferences.,Contribute to the overall growth and success of the company.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in a managerial role, preferably in a retail or sales environment.,Strong leadership and team management skills.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficient in using Microsoft Office and other relevant software.,Experience in a remote management role is a plus.,Familiarity with the Indonesian market and business culture is beneficial.,Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
