📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee daily operations of retail gas stations, ensuring compliance with safety and regulatory standards.
• Manage and mentor a team of station attendants, fostering a culture of excellence and customer satisfaction.
• Drive sales growth through strategic initiatives and customer engagement.
• Monitor inventory levels and implement efficient stock management practices.

• Collaborate with the corporate office to implement and monitor performance metrics using Salesforce and Microsoft Excel.
• Ensure timely and accurate financial reporting, including sales, expenses, and inventory.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in retail management, preferably in the energy sector.
• Proven track record of driving sales growth and operational efficiency.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Proficiency in using Salesforce and Microsoft Excel.
• Knowledge of retail gas station operations and regulations.
