In this role, you will be responsible for assisting our skilled baristas in preparing and serving a variety of coffee beverages, as well as providing excellent customer service. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Assist in preparing and serving a variety of coffee beverages, both hot and cold.
  • Provide excellent customer service, ensuring a pleasant and efficient experience for all customers.
  • Maintain a clean and organized workstation, following all health and safety guidelines.
  • Assist in stocking and managing inventory, ensuring that all supplies are adequate and properly stored.
  • Learn and understand the coffee brewing process, including espresso, drip, and specialty drinks.
  • Assist in training new staff and supporting the barista team in achieving daily sales targets.
  • Participate in team meetings and contribute to the overall success of the coffee shop.
  • Adhere to all company policies and procedures, including health and safety regulations.

    Kualifikasi:

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in a coffee shop or barista role, preferably in a high-volume environment.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work well in a team.
  • Attention to detail and a commitment to quality and accuracy.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-energy environment.
  • Familiarity with coffee brewing methods and equipment is a plus.
  • Basic knowledge of customer service and sales principles.
  • Ability to stand for long periods of time and lift up to 20 pounds.
