🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Medical degree (MD or equivalent) from an accredited institution.
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in a senior medical leadership role.
• Proven track record of successful clinical strategy implementation.
• Certification in hospital administration or healthcare management.
• Strong understanding of healthcare regulations and standards.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in English and local language (Bahasa Indonesia).
