In this role, you will be responsible for providing technical support to our employees and ensuring the smooth operation of our IT systems. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Provide level 1 technical support to employees, including troubleshooting hardware and software issues.,Maintain and update IT documentation, including user manuals and troubleshooting guides.,Monitor and maintain the network infrastructure, including routers, switches, and firewalls.,Install, configure, and maintain software applications and systems, including operating systems, productivity software, and security software.,Conduct regular backups of critical data and systems to ensure data integrity and availability.,Assist in the implementation of new IT systems and technologies, including cloud-based solutions and virtualization.,Provide training and support to employees on the use of IT systems and applications.,Monitor and respond to IT security alerts and incidents, in accordance with established policies and procedures.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in a corporate or government setting.,Strong technical skills in hardware and software troubleshooting, including knowledge of operating systems, productivity software, and security software.,Familiarity with network infrastructure, including routers, switches, and firewalls.,Experience with cloud-based solutions and virtualization technologies is a plus.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work well with a diverse team.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a proactive and problem-solving attitude.,Fluency in English and Indonesian is required.
