📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist the Sales Manager in managing the sales team, including scheduling, performance reviews, and training.,Support the sales team in preparing and presenting sales proposals to potential clients.,Conduct market research to identify potential clients and opportunities.,Assist in negotiating contracts and closing deals with clients.,Maintain accurate records of all sales activities and client interactions.,Provide excellent customer service to clients, ensuring their needs and concerns are addressed promptly.,Attend industry events and networking opportunities to expand the company's client base.,Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless execution of sales activities.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in sales or a related field.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and Outlook.,Familiarity with CRM software is a plus.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Proven track record of achieving sales targets.,Fluent in English and Indonesian languages.
