📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee daily warehouse operations to ensure efficiency and productivity.,Manage inventory levels, including stock taking, ordering, and replenishment.,Coordinate with suppliers and internal teams to ensure smooth logistics processes.,Implement and enforce safety protocols and procedures in the warehouse.,Monitor and report on warehouse performance metrics.,Train and mentor junior staff to maintain high standards of operation.,Handle and resolve any issues or conflicts that may arise within the warehouse.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in warehouse management or a similar role.,Strong knowledge of inventory management systems and software.,Proven ability to lead and manage a team effectively.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations is a plus.
