📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Develop and maintain accurate financial forecasts, budgets, and reports using Power BI and Excel.
• Analyze financial data to identify trends, opportunities, and risks.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure financial goals are met.
• Prepare and present financial analysis to senior management.
• Assist in the preparation of financial statements and regulatory filings.
• Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in financial planning and analysis.
• Support the finance team in ad-hoc projects and special initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with financial regulations and internal policies.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
• 2-5 years of experience in Financial Planning & Analysis, preferably in a corporate environment.
• Proficient in Excel, Power BI, and other financial analysis tools.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Knowledge of Indonesian GAAP and IFRS is a plus.
• Fluency in English is required; knowledge of Bahasa Indonesia is a plus.
