Sentral Hana Dental Clinic is seeking a dedicated HR Generalist to join our team. As an HR Generalist, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of human resources, including recruitment, employee relations, and compliance. This is an excellent opportunity to work in a dynamic and growing dental clinic in Tangerang Selatan.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the recruitment and selection of new employees.,Manage employee relations and ensure a positive work environment.,Handle employee benefits and compensation.,Conduct performance reviews and provide feedback.,Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with labor laws.,Coordinate training and development programs for employees.,Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.,Provide administrative support to the HR Manager.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role.,Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in Microsoft Office and HRIS systems.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Familiarity with recruitment and selection processes.,Understanding of employee benefits and compensation.
