📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee and manage daily operations to ensure efficient and effective project execution.,Coordinate with project teams to ensure timely completion of tasks and milestones.,Monitor and report on project progress, identifying and addressing any issues promptly.,Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and industry standards.,Manage and develop the operational team, providing guidance and support.,Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless integration and coordination.,Conduct regular performance reviews and provide feedback to team members.,Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all operational activities.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in operational management, preferably in the construction or building industry.,Strong knowledge of operational processes and best practices.,Excellent leadership and team management skills.,Proficient in using project management tools and software.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with Indonesian labor laws and regulations.
