📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Provide level 1 and level 2 technical support to end-users, including troubleshooting hardware, software, and network issues.
• Install, configure, and maintain IT equipment, including desktops, laptops, servers, and network devices.
• Monitor and maintain network performance, ensuring optimal connectivity and uptime.
• Manage and update software licenses and ensure compliance with software policies.
• Document and maintain IT assets and configurations using tools like ServiceNow.
• Conduct regular system backups and disaster recovery exercises.
• Assist in the implementation of new IT systems and technologies.
• Provide training and support to end-users on new IT tools and processes.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in IT support, with a focus on hardware, software, and network troubleshooting.
• Certifications such as CompTIA A+, CompTIA Network+, or Microsoft Certified: Azure Administrator are a plus.
• Strong knowledge of Windows and Linux operating systems.
• Proficiency in using ITIL frameworks and best practices.
• Familiarity with network protocols and troubleshooting techniques.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
