📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and supervise branch staff to ensure smooth operations,Monitor sales performance and implement strategies to meet targets,Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures,Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly,Organize and plan inventory to maintain optimal stock levels,Conduct regular staff training and development programs,Assist in the implementation of marketing and promotional activities,Prepare and present regular reports on branch performance

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or related field,Minimum 2 years of experience in retail management or branch operations,Strong leadership and communication skills,Proficient in using Microsoft Office and other relevant software,Knowledge of retail industry trends and best practices,Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines,Familiarity with sales and marketing strategies,Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills
