📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the delivery of patient care, including administering medications, monitoring vital signs, and providing basic nursing procedures.,Collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure a high standard of care is maintained.,Document patient information accurately and maintain patient records.,Assist in the preparation and organization of the nursing unit.,Participate in staff meetings and training sessions to enhance your skills and knowledge.,Provide compassionate and empathetic care to patients and their families.,Follow all safety protocols and infection control measures to ensure a safe environment for patients and staff.,Assist in the implementation of quality improvement initiatives.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Nursing or related healthcare field.,Active nursing license in Indonesia.,Minimum of 1 year of experience in a clinical setting.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well in a team environment.,Proficiency in English is a plus.,Knowledge of basic medical terminology and procedures.,Experience with electronic health records (EHR) systems is a plus.
