📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the day-to-day operations of the restaurant, including staff scheduling, inventory management, and food and beverage preparation.,Ensure the restaurant is clean, safe, and well-maintained at all times.,Train and develop staff to ensure they are meeting the restaurant's high standards of service.,Monitor sales and revenue, and work to increase profitability.,Handle customer complaints and concerns in a professional and timely manner.,Participate in the development and implementation of the restaurant's marketing and promotional strategies.,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices, and implement them within the restaurant.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 2 years of experience in a restaurant management or supervisory role.,Proven track record of success in a fast-paced, high-volume restaurant environment.,Strong knowledge of food and beverage operations, including inventory management, purchasing, and cost control.,Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with POS systems and restaurant management software is a plus.,Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
