📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Design and implement learning and development programs that align with the company's strategic goals.,Identify training needs and develop appropriate training materials and methods.,Conduct training sessions and workshops for employees.,Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make recommendations for improvement.,Collaborate with department heads to ensure training programs meet their specific needs.,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in learning and development.,Provide feedback and support to employees to help them achieve their personal and professional goals.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in learning and development, preferably in a corporate or educational setting.,Strong knowledge of learning theories and instructional design principles.,Excellent communication, presentation, and facilitation skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.,Experience with e-learning platforms and tools is a plus.
