PT Digital Sejahtera is looking for a talented Learning Development Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for creating and delivering training programs that enhance employee skills and knowledge. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in learning and development, with a passion for helping others grow and succeed. This is a remote position, allowing you to work from the comfort of your home while contributing to our company's success.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement training programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge.,Design and deliver training sessions, workshops, and webinars.,Collaborate with department heads to understand training needs and develop appropriate programs.,Create and maintain training materials, including manuals, guides, and online courses.,Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make recommendations for improvement.,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in learning and development.,Provide coaching and mentoring to employees to support their professional growth.,Assist in the development and implementation of the company's learning and development strategy.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Education, Psychology, Human Resources, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in learning and development, preferably in a corporate setting.,Strong understanding of adult learning principles and instructional design.,Excellent communication and presentation skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Proficiency in using learning management systems (LMS) and other training tools.,Experience with e-learning platforms and multimedia tools is a plus.,Fluency in both written and spoken Indonesian and English.
