📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee daily store operations to ensure smooth and efficient functioning.,Manage and train a team of store staff to maintain high service standards.,Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract and retain customers.,Monitor inventory levels and ensure proper stock rotation to minimize waste.,Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly and professionally.,Prepare and maintain accurate financial reports for the store.,Comply with all health and safety regulations to ensure a safe working environment.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in retail management.,Strong leadership and communication skills.,Experience with inventory management and point-of-sale systems.,Familiarity with retail software and technology.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills.,Knowledge of Indonesian retail laws and regulations.
