CV Visi Galih is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Procurement Staff to join our team in Gianyar, Bali. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the procurement process, ensuring cost efficiency, and maintaining strong supplier relationships. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in procurement, excellent negotiation skills, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage the procurement process from start to finish, including supplier selection, contract negotiation, and order placement.,Develop and maintain strong relationships with suppliers to ensure cost efficiency and quality.,Monitor market trends and identify opportunities for cost savings and improved procurement strategies.,Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and legal requirements.,Prepare and analyze procurement reports to support decision-making.,Coordinate with internal departments to ensure timely delivery of materials and services.,Attend industry events and conferences to stay updated on the latest trends and best practices.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in procurement, with a strong background in supplier management and negotiation.,Proven track record of cost savings and process improvements.,Excellent negotiation and communication skills.,Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.,Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel.,Familiarity with procurement software and systems is a plus.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
