Handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently,Provide excellent customer service and assist customers with their needs,Maintain a clean and organized workspace,Follow company policies and procedures,Work collaboratively with team members to achieve daily goals,Assist in inventory management and restocking,Handle customer complaints and resolve issues to the best of your ability,Keep accurate records of transactions and customer interactions

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

High school diploma or equivalent,Minimum 1 year of experience in a customer service or retail environment,Strong communication and interpersonal skills,Basic computer skills and familiarity with point-of-sale systems,Ability to work in a fast-paced environment,Willingness to learn and adapt to new tasks and challenges,Proficiency in Indonesian language,Friendly and approachable demeanor
