📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and deliver training programs to improve employee skills and knowledge,Create training materials, including manuals, presentations, and videos,Conduct training sessions and workshops for employees,Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make recommendations for improvement,Coordinate with department heads to understand training needs,Maintain records of training activities and participant feedback,Stay updated with the latest training methodologies and best practices,Assist in the development of the company's training and development strategy

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Education, Psychology, Human Resources, or a related field,Minimum of 2 years of experience in training and development,Strong communication and presentation skills,Ability to design and facilitate training programs,Familiarity with training management software,Proficient in Microsoft Office and other relevant training tools,Knowledge of Indonesian language and culture,Ability to work well in a team and manage multiple tasks
