📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Psychology or a related field.,Master's degree in Psychometrics or a related field is preferred.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in psychometrics.,Strong knowledge of psychometric theories and practices.,Proficiency in statistical software and data analysis tools.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Familiarity with assessment development and validation processes.
