📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Lead a team of Sales Engineers to drive the sales of HITACHI Air Compressors and related industrial equipment.
• Develop and execute sales strategies to meet and exceed quarterly and annual targets.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with industrial clients, providing exceptional customer service and technical support.
• Conduct market research and analysis to identify new business opportunities and trends.
• Manage the performance of your team, providing training, coaching, and mentorship.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless product delivery and customer satisfaction.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitors, and technological advancements in the industrial equipment sector.
• Represent Citra Airindo Abadi at industry events, trade shows, and client meetings.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales management, preferably in the industrial equipment or manufacturing sector.
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.
• Strong technical knowledge and understanding of HITACHI Air Compressors and related industrial equipment.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in using sales management software, such as Salesforce or SAP.
• Ability to travel extensively for business purposes.
• Valid driver's license and a reliable vehicle for business travel.
