📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Coordinate and implement wellness programs, including the Walk-in APE program
• Manage client appointments and ensure timely and efficient service delivery
• Collaborate with healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive wellness services
• Develop and maintain client records using electronic health records (EHR) systems
• Assist in the development and implementation of wellness initiatives and campaigns
• Provide excellent customer service and support to clients and their families
• Ensure compliance with all relevant healthcare regulations and guidelines
• Participate in team meetings and contribute to the development of best practices and procedures

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Health Sciences, Public Health, or a related field
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in healthcare coordination or a related field
• Certification in healthcare administration or a related field is a plus
• Strong knowledge of EHR systems, such as Epic or Cerner
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
• Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
