As a Legal & Compliance Executive, you will be at the heart of ensuring that MVC Resources operates within the legal framework of Indonesia's financial regulations, including those specific to cryptocurrency and digital payments. You will work closely with clients, regulators, and internal teams to navigate complex legal landscapes, ensuring compliance and mitigating risks.

In this role, you will use tools like Bloomberg Terminal, LexisNexis, and Westlaw to research and analyze legal issues. You will also collaborate with our team of experts in financial services and cryptocurrency to provide strategic advice and support.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Develop and maintain comprehensive compliance programs for financial services and cryptocurrency clients.
• Conduct regular risk assessments and audits to ensure adherence to regulatory requirements.
• Draft and review legal documents, including licenses, permits, and contracts, specific to financial services and cryptocurrency.
• Provide legal advice and support to clients on regulatory matters, including licensing, reporting, and record-keeping.
• Monitor and report on regulatory changes and industry developments that may impact our clients.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure compliance with internal policies and procedures.
• Assist in the preparation of regulatory filings and submissions.
• Provide training and guidance to staff on compliance and legal matters.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Law or a related field, with at least 5 years of experience in legal compliance, preferably in the financial services or cryptocurrency sector.
• Professional certification in financial services law or a related field, such as the Certified Financial Services Regulatory Professional (CFSRP) or Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA).
• In-depth knowledge of Indonesian financial regulations, including those specific to cryptocurrency and digital payments.
• Strong understanding of risk management and compliance frameworks.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients, regulators, and internal teams.
• Proficiency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
• Experience with legal research tools such as Bloomberg Terminal, LexisNexis, and Westlaw.
