📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Lead and mentor a team of chefs and kitchen staff.
• Develop and execute daily, weekly, and seasonal menus.
• Ensure food quality, safety, and compliance with health regulations.
• Manage inventory and procurement to maintain optimal kitchen operations.
• Innovate and introduce new culinary concepts and techniques.
• Train and develop staff to uphold high standards of service and cuisine.
• Oversee kitchen operations, including staff scheduling and performance.
• Collaborate with the dining team to enhance the overall guest experience.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Head Chef or similar role in a high-end restaurant or resort.
• Proven track record of successfully managing a culinary team.
• Strong knowledge of international and local cuisines, with a passion for innovation.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Proficiency in using kitchen management software such as QuickBooks or similar.
• Certification in food safety and hygiene (e.g., ServSafe, HACCP).
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
• Fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
