📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Handle customer inquiries and complaints related to construction machinery.
• Schedule and coordinate service appointments with our service technicians.
• Monitor the performance of construction machinery and identify any potential issues.
• Collaborate with the sales team to ensure our clients' machinery is running optimally.
• Provide technical support to clients, including troubleshooting and maintenance advice.
• Maintain accurate records of all customer interactions and service calls.
• Ensure timely and efficient resolution of customer issues.
• Participate in training programs and workshops to stay updated on the latest industry trends and technologies.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in after-sales service or customer support in the construction machinery industry.
• Strong knowledge of construction machinery and equipment, including their maintenance and operation.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Familiarity with CRM software such as Salesforce or HubSpot.
• Certification in construction machinery maintenance or a related field is a plus.
• Fluency in Bahasa Indonesia and English is required.
